$12B heading to states for carbon management

According to the Department of Energy's Office of Carbon Management, $12 billion will be deployed to states like North Dakota due to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The funds will be spent over a five year period on carbon dioxide capture, including direct air capture, transport, and storage.
